So, this was my first attempt at the “contemporary” wiper blade design and I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the Latitudes. Right out of the box they were streaking on me. The driver side wiper was leaving a huge smear patch in the middle of my line of sight. They were very quiet, but just didn’t seem to hug the windshield at all. I have since moved to the Bosch Icon’s and they are a far superior product in my opinion.

These wipers perform very well and every swipe of the wiper blades provides a a streak free view in light drizzle to heavy show. I did not provide a 5 star review because the end caps were easily broken when I mistakenly hit the end of the wiper blades when clearing ice off my windshield. Otherwise, under normal use, these should satisfy any customer who wants to drive safely at night with no streaks or water glare.

These were definitely an improvement over the Bosch’s that I had installed. They are silent, and if it is raining they do a fantastic job of clearing the windshield. However, when I use windshield wiper fluid to clear the shield when it is otherwise dry, they do leave streaks — better than my old Bosch’s, but still there. I’m happy with this purchase, overall.

After a very simple installation, I took the vehicle into a huge snowstorm in the Sierra. The wipers worked well, but there was some ice buildup that caused streaks at the lower end to be missed. It would have been good to have more pressure on that part of the wiper – perhaps I could have bent the wiper some – but the wipers were quiet and smooth and mostly effective.

I love the wipers. Absolutely no noise, no squeeking, no streaks. I left one old one on for a week to compare. What a difference. Just remember to order two I didn’t and had to wait two weeks for second one. I will always order this brand for now on.
