Works as advertised. I connected to two phones and it worked fine, alternating between busy phones. The voice is clear on both ends of the conversation. Had a problem when there was only one phone in the car. The system worked fine for what ever phone was in the car but it dropped the muli paring feature(alternating between busy phones). I had to erase every thing from my phones and start over. Last number re-dial worked for my Samung, but not for the Iphone. I think there are too many sub menues to pass through. I would tell a friend to get one.

Our state initiated “hand-free” driver cell phone usage 1-4-2010. Purchased the visor bluetooth. Works nicely. I was able to find a “how-to” online video which did help with some questions I had. The owner’s manual was a tad “techie”.
